Epygi Launches iQall Mobile Toggling for Android and iOS

Plano, Texas (June 18, 2014) - Epygi Technologies, Ltd., a global provider of award-winning small to medium business IP PBX telephone systems and Gateways, introduces Mobile Toggling for iQall, a licensable feature that allows users to switch between a desktop phone and smartphone without interrupting the call. Users simply install iQall, Epygi's free Android and iOS application, and configure it with an Epygi Quadro with the Mobile Toggling license activated to gain added efficiency with reduced costs.

As a unique feature to Epygi, Mobile Toggling allows for users to start a call on their desktop phone and end it on their smartphone without interrupting or dropping the call and without using call forwarding. By doing so, calls aren't interrupted if a user on the call needs to leave the office for any reason. The Epygi Quadro automatically redirects the call to the owner's iPhone or Android device upon the user answering. Mobile Toggling on iQall is a revolving door with a two-way toggle both from desktop phone to smartphone and vice versa. In either case, those on the other end of the line are neither notified nor aware that a user has toggled from one to the other.
