Epygi Announces Integration with Salesforce and Vtiger CRM

Winter Park, Florida, USA, (Oct 26, 2020) – Epygi Technologies, a worldwide provider of Integrated Communications Solutions, announced that Epygi IP PBXs of QX/UC line provides integration with CRM systems. Epygi now offers support for Customer relationship management (CRM) integration on its QX and UC line of IP PBXs starting from the 6.3.26 SW version. When activated, the per-seat license will provide integration with Salesforce and Vtiger CRM systems. It is a great feature that allows users to automatically view, create and update the information for CRM contacts upon receiving inbound calls from customers on the IP PBX. With the CRM integration activated if the inbound calls from external numbers match a contact in the CRM database, it will trigger the Contact pop-up in the Epygi CRM Connection application. You can then request to view or edit the information for the Contact using the View Contact Info option. If not, you can add the caller as a new Contact using the Add Contact option.
