The target market for the QuadroM26x is for offices of 42 – 106 users supporting up to 45 concurrent calls. This solution offers more analog phone support for smaller offices and allows users to take advantage of advanced features normally only available on the QuadroM32x. These features include Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) for call centers, audio conferencing, call recording and barge-in features.
