Hi there,

Can there be a feature that can reisde under a button on a SNOM / AASTRA / IP Phone that will enable 1 profile or another...

ie.. you have 3 x profile buttons that tell the Epygi which profile that telephone is to use... Perhaps standard forward to voicemail on no answer, call forward unconditional to another destination - mobile and another profile which could be direct to the secretary or albeit to an away message / holiday message...

Now these would be monitored buttons so as to enable a visual indication to the telephone which state the IP Extension is in.

Is this do able ?

Currently the DND and unconditional call forwarding is in process of implementation.

That is interesting suggestion Kevin... So you propose to have "call forwarding profiles", and make them switchable by buttons on IP Phone (including monitoring of the state).
This is a lot of work (not too hard, but is a bit of GUI/config restructure), but is doable. The main problem I see with this, is the complexity of the configuration: teh config of call forwarding is complex even now, and after having those profiles it will be even more difficult to understand and use...
We could do it if we see a demand. I am not sure many people will use that.
