Hello,
When I restart the Quadro, my IP phones dont work until I restart them (Snom, Grandstream...). This is not a big problem but is a litte bit annoying. So, is there a way to avoid this? Maybe I´m skiping something. Anyone with the same problem?
Thanks

Actually you don't need to restart your phones. They will be in working state during SIP Registration timeout of your phones.
I would like to suggest you to decrease the SIP Registration timeouts in your IP Phones.
Let's say you can set 60 sec as a SIP Registration timeout. After Quadro reboot, during 60 seconds your phone again will register on Quadro and you can use your phone without restaring it.
I hope I answer your question.

Thank you,
I supposed you have solved may question. Just one more question. What are the drawbacks of decreasing the SIP registration timeout? It´s just that you require more bandwith or is there something more?

In 4.1.52 SW version we've implemented a new mechanism that will auto-reboot the Snom, Aastra and Grandstream phones (if they are autoprovisioned by Quadro) after Quadro's reboot, to restore their registration with Quadro in quick manner.
Decreasing SIP registration timeout on IP-Phones will increase a load on Quadro SIP User Agent and cause Quadro instability in general, when there are maximum IP-Phones are registered on Quadro, so we recommend to have 1 hour registration timeout on phones. More, in 4.1.52 version we prevent all the registration attempts with the registration timeout less than 120 sec.
