I'm trying to use a Cisco 7970 IP Phone as an Epygi extension but If I go to the WEB manager of the phone I can't find where to enter the SIP parameters. right now it only shows me a lot of different parameters in the phone but I canīt modify any info.

Is the phone in SIP mode or is it in the CISCO STANDARD of " SKINNY "

It was in CISCO protocol, but finally I was able to replace the firmware with SIP, of course I don't have call manager, so it made it very difficult to create the configuration file. After a lot of research I was able to make it work with the Quadro and it works fine, it is a very nice telephone.

I'm trying to find out how to configure the WEB based services for the CISCO 7970 IP Phone, if somebody knows how, I will apreciate your help.

If somebody else has this phone and needs help to make it work with the epygi, I will be glad to help.

I've just bought one of these and am dying to get it working with the quadro2x.

Anyone had any success?

My 7960G's work perfectly... though it looks great on my desk, I'm missing features like Paging.

Any questions, feel free to contact me.

All Cisco Phones are configured with xml files through a TFTP server.

I have 2 Ciscos 7970 working perfectly, you just need to have the files.

To have a complete configuration with all the settings you need 3 files to load on the phone.

If you want I can send you the files by e-mail, or if possible I post it here
