Howdy folks,

Had a weird one crop up the other day, (and it's still happening occasionally), when we dial a national (or international) number we route accross our ITSP, however we often get "Trying to connect, please wait".

After a discussion with my ITSP, it would appear that it's coming from the Quadro! Now I'm not silly by any stretch of the imagination, but it's proving to be difficult to find out why - especially when the Proxy KeepAlive is set!

Does any one have any ideas????

you are getting that voice message from Quadro because your ITSP doesn't send response to Quadro's SIP INVITE messagein time. It delays the response at least for 10seconds and even more. The exact timing you can get from Quadro's SIP log file. Please ask your ITSP or ISP to fix the issue (it can be caused by the problem in the network or on ITSP's SIP server.
