Hi Guys,

I had wan connection issue i setup stataic ip and it worked good and sunddly everything stoped i started diagnostics and every thing it is blocked plz check the result below and i need your help to fix it . Thanks in advance

Hi Ahmed, the problem is not connected to Quadro by rather to your Internet Provider or router (if the Quadro is placed behind a router). As you can see from the diagnostic, Quadro has detected Detected NAT type : Blocked UDP. You need to find out the reason of this first.

Hi,

I checked with provider and all TCP and UDP open and i checked with another system and it was working but when i tried with epygi not work .

by the way also the device can't come online and from device we can't ping our local ip our the gateway or other ip ip in same network

please we need your advice

Ahmed, it is possible that you have link problem on Quadro WAN side ? Please check the network cables, LED for Quadro WAN and on Hub/switch, also go to the Status page and see if Quadro has WAN IP Address.

any updates on this ? Was the problem addressed and what was the problem ?
