Which particular link you are looking for ? All the documents and manuals are placed under the "Channel Portal Login -> Support Documents" section.

I don't see Support Documents any more.
I login through Channel Partner login and go straight to this forum.
I used to see Support Documents, Software etc..

Ok now the link is changed you have to log in and then you will be directed to areas where you can gain access to the KNOWLEDGEBASE etc

Your account is OK. What browser do you use ? Maybe the problem is there. Also i'd like to suggest you something. After login, when you'll be redirected to Forum again, just open www.epygi.com home page. There you should see a links "Enter Channel Portal" and "Logout". Just click on "Enter Channel Portal". Can you see that links and is the link "Enter Channel Portal" redirects you to the SW download page ?

I am using XP SP2 and IE7. For some reason IE7 had problems. FireFox worked.

OK then. We've checked the page using IE7 and had no problem with accessing it. We'll check further to find if the problem is in our side or in browser.

Hi, the brennja's problem was connected to the IE7, so please check your browser first or try another browser. Also, for which particular document you are looking for ? Maybe the place of that document was just moved and that is the reason for not finding it.

I thnik your problem is not related to browser, as well as to the Epygi website. Some significant changes were done regarding Epygi Support Portal and the links mentioned by you are no longer valid. Please login on support.epygi.com page to have acsess to the latest SW firmware versions and documentation.

On logging in successfully I get the screen in "epygi-support" - no download link there!
