Why is my pic not loading?

I am trying to use this pic as an avatar but it would not load? Is it me or is this feature turned off?

I think your problem is in image size. The maximum size of your custom image for Avatar must be 80 by 80 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller).
