Aastra Phones and paging group

sorry for my poor english, i'm french.
I'll install soon a Quadro 16xi with aastra 57i and 55i phones.
I need to activate paging group function with these phones.

Is it possible ?

Hi, first of all you need to configure your Aastra phones with Quadro. Aastra 55i and 57i phones are in our Supported Phones list, so you can configure them using P-n-P functionality. Just connect the phones to the Quadro LAN via hub/switch, power-up the phones and perform factory reset on each phone. After rebbot they'll get autoprovisioned by Quadro.
To activate paging on the phones you need to know the extensions, where the IP-Phones' corresponding IP-Lines are attached. You can find the extensions from "Telephony -> Line Settings -> IP-Line Settings" page, or by dialing *74 (Line Information) on the phone. Then open the page "Users -> Extensions Management", click "Add" and add a Extension with "Paging Group" type. Select that extension and click on "Edit". In "General Settings" section click on "Edit Paging Group" link and add the Aastra's extensions into the list. Now by dialing to the Paging Extensions you'll page both Aastra phones.
There is also Intercom feature in Quadro that can be used with Aastra phones.
