Is this the behavior by default? Where is the setting to have it go to AA first instead of ext 11 (Line1)? Incoming calls from the PSTN I have been able to control in the FXO settings.

In Extension Management, click on the extension created by the wizard for your ITSP (probably 79).
Goto:
Supplementary Services -> Caller ID Based Services
Click on the 'Any Address' link, and change the Unconditional call forward to PBX extension 00.

I don't know why yours defaulted to sending calls to extension 11, our Quadro was sending calls to 00.

Whenyou use the "VoIP carrier Wizard" to configure your ITSP, the system prompts you to select the extension, which your incoming calls will be routed to (that is "Route Incoming Calls to" combo). Probably you selected "11" there instead of "00". Edited by: davrays
