Hi,
I wish to be able to route incoming FXO calls out VOIP. I believe that it should work something like this:
When an incoming phone call occurs a code can be pushed and then a dial tone achieved, the user can then dial a number and this will be diverted out the approriate VOIP carrier according to the Call routing table.
Unfortunately, I'm having trouble working it out and the information available is a little vague for the Quadro. I'm using a Quadro4X. Could you please point me in the right direction, or provide me with some basic instructions.
Thanks in advance.Edited by: mskinner

Hi,
Open the FXO settings page and check if theinbound FXO calls are routed to Auto Attendant (extension 00)
Thean go to Call Routing Table and check if you have a routing record configured with your ITSP.
If both settings are OK then makinga call to FXO number will connect you to Auto Attendant. On attendant's voice prompt dial the dastination number acoording to dial plan of your ITSP's routing record.

I want to add to Hrant's comment that "Send AA Digits to Routing Table" checkbox have to be enabled on default attendat scenario. By default it is OFF.
Please try if the suggested way is Ok for you (it does what you want, but some small details differs from your description). That is the standard way to configure Quadro, and you need to try it first.
If it doesn't satisfy you by some reason, or you want the feature to work *exactly* the way you described, then we can suggest you the appropriate changes in the configuration.

Hi,
Thanks for the reply. Still doesn't seem to work for me and I'm not too sure what I'm doing wrong. I can dial in an hit "*2" when Iconnect tothe default AA, punch in username and then password and the system then states "Now you can make a call". I dial a number as if I was in the office and I continue to get the message "Number dialled does not exist" after every attempt to dial.
My Call routing table seems to be fine as we have been making VOIP calls for over a month now without any problems.
Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your help, but with a little help from someone else (Scott your a Champion) it was worked out.
For anyone else experiencing the same issue, the problem was resolved in my Call Routing table. My Inbound Call type was set to the default "PBX",when this was changed to "Any" my routes became available tothe inbound call. Once that was changed on all my routes it worked a treat.
