The reception phone is a SNOM360 with 3 function keys set to receive incoming calls simultaneously.
If the user is on a call, any other calls that come through goto voicemail, without ringing through to the SNOM or giving the receptionist any indication that there is or was a call waiting.
The Quadro16xi is set to use extention 27, IP Line 1 for this reception phone. The IP LINE 1 has a line appearance of 3.
This setup used to work recently, but I'm not sure what has changed.
No answer timeout set to 50seconds.
Call waiting service is enabled.
Software running is 4.1.33.
Anyone have any idea's what I may be missing ?
