How doesI Remove 0 in Incomming ISDN call.


I got a 0 in front of the incommingnumber from a ISDN call, and thatis not normal in Denmark.


Eks. 099111111, it shut be 99111111

Most probablythat 0 is sent by your ISDN provider :) Just check with them to be sure. You can strip that 0 using Quadro's Routing mechanism. Also you can open a TSS case (or ask your distributor/reseller to do so, if you are an end-user). Our Tech Support guys willexamine the incomingmessages from ISDN interface andwill suggest you correct configuration. Edited by: aramk

Can you tell me how to strip it, i have trid but it dosn't work

Please, for the firstmake sure that it is sent by your ISDN provider. For that you can turn to your operator or send the Quadro logs to Epygi Technical Support Service.I don't wantsuggest youa solution based only on guesses - it may break something else.Edited by: aramk
