Hot Cell for Quadro 4x

I was wondering what version of Hot Cell could be used for the quadro 4x? http://www-old.epygi.com/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif


The firmware running on the machine is 4.1.28!

Hi jetsupport, unfortunately you cannot use HotCall with Quadro4x 4.1.28 version. Just upgrade your Quadro to 4.1.33 and you can use any version of HotCall. We reccomend to use 1.7, which is the latest one.

We have upgraded the firmware on the epygi to 4.1.33 and have downloaded and installed Hotcall 1-7 on to the computer. We get an error message after its been installed.


"Run-Time Error "13" Type Mismatch"


Does anyone know how to fix this problem.

Hi jetsupport, the situation you've described may happen if Outlook is not closed during HotCall installation. It is obligatory to close the Outlook when installing HotCall in computer, also using Windows "Task manager"make sure that the Outlook applicationis really closed and there are no related processes in task, asa we had such cases on our customers' sides before.

I have managed to get it to work on a computer running Vista and XP, but i still come up with the same error on one computer. The computer has had a fresh install of windows XP...


Any other idea's?

Hi Jetsupport, if you were able to install the HotCall in one Windows XP, then it should be possible to do that on another one also. Please,compare the Outlook versions on both machines, also try my suggestions from the postdated "27August2007 at 00:34". Inform us about results.
