Any possibility for Quadro "Call Center" in the near future? Something with 10 attendants perhaps...

We are designing a basic call center application for the larger systems which will be included in the next release. The scheduled delivery for these features is later this year. We hope to have a Beta offering during the Nov/Dec months.
