I have a SIP account through CBeyond (ITSP). They provide 16 trunks on a single SIP account. They also provide up to 200 DID's. I can setup virtual extensions with the specific DID number as the SIP username & use the main SIP account password for each DID password and all incoming calls work greate. However, I want to be able to call out and use each extension's DID number as the caller ID and not the main SIP number.

For example:

Main SIP number: 972-555-1100
DID1: 972-555-1105
DID2: 972-555-1106
DID3: 972-555-1107

Scenario:
Call out of the Epygi to outside caller from DID1- 972-555-1105and pass this number to the outside called party, instead of the main number 972-555-1100.

Please advise!

Put the DID SIP account info in a real user extension, not a virtual extension (you would have to replace the sip.epygi.com account). Then in your outbound call route, tick the box that says something like "Keep original caller ID" (I can't remember word for word, but it is found on the SIP settings page, at the top).

With this option enabled, your outbound calls from an extension with a DID in the SIP settings will present as the DID number not the pilot.

Note, extensions that don't have a DID will most likely not be able to use the same call routing rule, because CBEYOND will reject the call.

This is my experience anyway, with Broadsoft based ITSPS, like CBEYOND.

My provider allow me to modify my caller ID

I have a sip trunk and I need tu show my global phone number when I call my customer. My global number is not merge with my sip trunk becose is provided by an other compagny in virtual number. All call recieve in this number is forwarded on my sip trunk account. I realy need show my virtual number. How to alway show my virtual number when I make outbound call if my sip trunk provider allow me to modify my outbount CLID

you should be able to modify caller ID in the call routing record. Enable the "Filter on Caller / Call Type / Modify Caller ID checkbox on the first page of the Call Routing Wizard and then modify the original caller ID on the "Inbound Call Type - Edit Entry" page of the wizard.
