Is there a way to have the Quadro 16x to use three way calling from the PSTN provider for call forwarding.

Let me explain, we are using two of the FXO lines on the Quadro. Management is hesitant to purchase additional pots lines because of cost. We are a new Real Estate company and we only have 4 employees. We do a lot of call forwarding because the agents are usually not at the office. We don't want to tie up of phone lines. Is there a way to use three way calling on one phone line for call forwarding.
Say when a call comes in to an extension, then times out, it call forwards using the same line the call was receive on using the three way calling feature. Can the Quadro do a hook flash to put the caller on hold on the PSTN side then call the forward number, then hook flash again for three way.

Thanks in Advance

Why dont you configure the Quadro to make the forward call over a SIP trunk and then you are freeing up the POTS.

eg: call comes into FXS1 - extension is no answer call forwarded to a call route such as '8 (for SIP trunk) then mobile number' this way it uses an alternative route to the POTS.

It works on all the systems we configure in the UK.
