Hi,
I was wondering if you plan to redesign the units with 100Mbit WAN ports instead of the 10mbit port?
Nowadays broadband is at least 10mbps, but usually faster, so this is a bottleneck already.

Yep, we are working on a new HW with 100 Mbit WAN (probably you'll need to edit the name of the topic :)
The HW is ready and as soon, as SW will be fully ported and tested, we will anounce that new series of products (of course, the WAN port speed is not the only change there :). The HW is more powerful, andnew SW features are being added accordingly.

Will the new hardware design include an USB port for the 2x series? ;)

Actually the new hardware is already available as a QuadroM-E1T1 Gateway product :)The new hardware will not be adaptedto the existing IP-PBX products like Quadro2x/4x/16x, it will be another series of products. TheonlyIP-PBX solution fornowwith the newhardware is planned to be available at the end of this year. It will not have USB support at all, but Compact Flash support instead of that.

So it's the modular platform then where you can plug in FXS/FXO/ISDN ports when the need arises?

Something like that. TheIP-PBXwill haveE1T1 interface, that can be dual(also WAN and dual-LAN). You can use that interface for PSTN calls, or you can configure QuadroFXO or QuadroISDN devices to work in sharing mode. The PBXdesigned as a pure IP-PBX, hence it hassupport mainly for IP-Lines. Other details will be available in upcoming announcement.

As an
addition of AramK's message I would like to say that QuadroM-IP PBX has 2 FXS
ports. FXS ports are for test purposes or attaching FAX Machines.

That is modular platform, but most probably customers will not be able to plug cards themselves. But the modularity will allow us to be more flexible and have wider range of products. The estimate for releasing the first version of IPPBX on that platform, is mid-end of November.Edited by: davrays

Well, the platform is called QuadroM, and is used in QuadroM Dual E1T1 gateway and QuadroM IPPBX (Q32x). So it is there :)

HI, i'm from Mexico, I'm wondering if a QuadroM 32x can work with a Quadro FXO attached by lan instead a E1 for voice, because my client has only 10 lines from PSTN and he needs to connect more than 100 users and 4x or 16x cannot offer me this advantage.. thanks!!! I'l wait for your support or if I'm in a wrong forum, please let know!!! THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello ocabra :)
related to the "wrong forum" part... well you could have opened a new topic on this.. That would be more feasible :)
and related to the QuadrFXO/M32x, of course, you can connect the FXO Gataway in the LAN of 32x, the same way as you connect that in the LAN of 2x/4x/16x. And, sure, the autoconfiguration capabilities also can be used..
Best regards,
David
