How To Program The directory path AASTRA USING AN IP Phone Manage Templates

Hello,

Seems the "Directory List" available in IP Phones Templates is what you need.
If you create an IP Phone Template in Telephony->Line Settings->IP Lines->Manage IP Phones Templates and navigate to Aastra->General Settings of your created template, you will see two fields "Directory List 1" and "Directory List 2". In these fields you can put the URLs to your directory file.
Then you will need to go to your IP Line Settings and assign the newly created Template File to the desired Aastra phones by editing the IP Line of Aastra phone and selecting your custom Template for "Use template" option.

The URL should be some path on TFTP server, for example tftp://10.30.102.158/path/companylist.csv

Regarding the csv file structure; you can add one record to the phones directory list using the phones menu, then go to the web interface, download the directory list from Operation->Directory page and see the columns structure.
