Can you add an option to modifi the extention number

Can you give some more details on what you are looking for. Which settings are you wanting to modify?

i set the extention to 4 digit, but the quadro configure the extention 2011 @ 2028. i need modifie extention 2021 to 2051 without reconfigure the sip adresse

I apologize but I am not clear on the request. Can you provide some additional information. Was the system originally configured for 2 digit extns and then you added the SIP info. for your providers?After that you changed to 4 digit?

Hmm.. we don't have an option to modify the extension name (there are some technical reasons which make it a bit difficult, so the development effort is not justified with benefit...).


But you can workaround that issue: you can just add a routing rule with pattern "2051", which will call to ext 2021 :)
