FXO Busy

Hi There,

I have a Quadro 6L installed at a client and currently have 4 FXO lines attached to ports 1-4 (enabled). Ports 5 and 6 are disabled. when i look through my line status FXO 4 is saying busy, but there is no one on a call.
If i look at the unsuccessful call stats it also shows "temporarily unavailable, FXO is off"

Any idea's?

unplug the cable on FXO 4 and plug it back. If it doesn't fix the problem then open the ticket on Epygi's technical support.
