SMR/ACD Functionality

Hi There,

What kind of stats do you get out of the SMR built into the ACD? Can you search by ext/group, date etc?

You can use the Phone Control module that can provide every stat needed - the stats available via the ACD program are real time and collective - so if you want to refine it granually you will need the Phone Control module as far as I am aware.

I am not sure Epygi are providing any other tools as yet - it isnt the Genesys style of package.. but then again a few thousand compared to 100 thousand or more..
