I have a Soft phone (Xlite) is there A * code to enable call recording on the 8L

Hi,

If your soft phone is configured as an extension for 8L, then there is no feature code to activate the call recording. Call recording can be started automatically as soon as call is started or manually by pressing "start recording" button in the GUI.

Of course if the recording feature is activated on 8L and if at least one recording box extension and a recording rule are configured properly.

One thing that is available in XLite is recording - so that particular softphone can do it without the aid of a Quadro Recording licence.
