Hi,

Some of our clients ask us to have stats about their phones.
(number of take call, time in line etc)
I see SMR do that but there is no evaluation program.
Somebody use it ? Can I have some more screenshot and more informations about this please ?

Provides enough information about telephone calls to be very granular reporting. Well worth a look and you can ask for a demonstration.

Hi all,

The SMR tool is tied to the Automatic Call Distribution software. I do have screen shots if you would like. Please email me at kelly.carden@epygi.com if you would like them.

However, Epygi has a great partner for call billing and advanced call records called RSI based out of Canada. i have sent many partners to them and they are always great to work with. This informaiton needs to be more visible - please copy your post and place it somewhere a member / visitor can browse it, otherwise it becomes a message lost in a plethora of information that occurs with forums.

Just my 2 cents worth... and you should be able to get god powah to make it so !
