FXO 3 and 4 problems

I just installed the newest firmware to my epigy 16x, i have 4 lines conected to each one of the FXO ports. My lines in the FXO 1 and 2 sockets works fine i am recieving and making calls through them. Now i cant recieve calls from my lines conected to the FXO 3 and FXO 4, i can make calls through them but i cant recieve any, when i call to the number of the lines i hear the tone ringing and ringing an ringing instead of sendin me to the autoattendant, i have already trie restarting the device the problem persists. I need some new ideas to fix this problem.

Is sharing mode shown as an option in the fx settings?

Peter, it would be interesting to know whether the problem is resolved and how... If not, I guess, you'll need to refer to Epygi tech support, as this problem is a bit unusual.
