Hi,
I have a 3cx software. In/out calls are made using a epygi quadro isdn gateway. I have some rules configured from 3cx(sip) to isdn... but when I call a Hidden number is show, the outbound calls are not using all available lines or desired. Is a rule problem...
any idea?
regards

On Quadro GUI open the Call Routing Wizard for routing rule used for calls from 3cx to ISDN. On the second page of the wizard select "Any port (user)" for "Port ID". With these settings Quadro will use all ISDN ports for calls to ISDN.
Then go to "Telephony -> ISDN settings" page, click on the Trunk to open the wizard, go to the third page of the wizard, enable "Use Default outgoing Caller ID" and enter the Caller ID in "Default outgoing Caller ID". With this, Quadro will send the Caller ID you've entered.

Hi,
It works right now,but at my 3cx I configured 4 users from 10000 to 10004 each one for a different trunk port/number.
trunk 1 10000 number x
trunk 2 10001 number y
....
....
For incoming calls my rule is ip-pstn (isdn to sip).I was playing this the incoming caller to remove pstn- number called and the remote called number displayed at phones display with no success.
any idea?

Your question is not clear to me but anyway, you can modify the Caller ID before sending that to the phone. You can do that in the call routing rule used for the calls of your interest. Open the Call Routing Wizard for that rule and enable the "Filter on Source / Modify Caller ID". Then, on the "Source Filter / Modify Caller ID" page of the Wizard, use the "Caller ID Modification" fields to modify the Caller ID.
