Call foward from Quadro16x to Quadro2x

I want to forward all the incoming call from Quadro16x Ext.31 to Quadro2x Ext.13.
I create a VE ( Virtual Extension) Ext.79 on Quadro16x and setup every things like regular extension but no phone line connect to it's. I try to call on Ext.79 an get message TRY TO CONNECT.

Please help if anyone know how tto do it's

One of the easy ways to do this is just forward the calls on EXT 31 to the sip number of Extension 13.


As long as both quadro's are registered on the Epygi Sip Server. All you need to do is Get the Sip number of Say Quadro 2x's Ext 13, IN the extension settings of Extension 31 turn on Unconditional Call forwarding to the SIP number if the Sip Number is 123456 remember to prefix the number with a 8(default in the Quadro's) 8123456. All calls should then be forwarded to ext 13 on the 2x.


If they are not registered on the SIP server, then you need to create a routing table entry for it on the 16x that forwards the call to the ip address of the 2x. This is a little more complex but not to difficult just takes a bit of planing.

I try what you said, but i'm keep hearing the message " TRY TO CONNECT..." when i call to that extension
