accessing Quadro 16X remotely

Hi

I have a client who has a Linux box.
I have recently installed the quadro16X and am trying to access it remotely.
I use putty to get onto the Linux box and tunnel through to port 443 on the epygi.
I get onto it via the browser but get "You are not authorized to access this page!"
From there I cannot do anything else.
Can you help???

You need to enable management access on the WAN port. More specifically you need to specify what IP addresses can access the management GUI from the WAN side.

This is done Internet Uplink -> Filtering Rules
Then click on Management Access
Add/Edit on this page to enable access.

I will try that, But I also found that i was entering in the wrong port as I was opening a web browser so i needed to open port 80

So I had to tunnel to port 81 then open port 80

And now I can get access through a lines box via it's web browser on remote site.
