caller id problem

i have had a 16x system running for a week now. but the caller id name and number does not get passed thru exceptfor a small few outside callers. Maybe 5% at max when 75% of callers have caller id data. Are there settings somewhere that i am missing?


Currently, i am not using AA but multi extension ringing on virtual ext 10 but the call id shows unavailable and the IP address of the quadro.

I may have increased the number of caller ID's coming thru by removing the Call waiting service from my telco. But, it still hasn't fixed the problem, only caller id areas that have caller name come thru. Acalling area 5 miles away has a different call 3 digit call prefix and that calling area does not have caller id name only caller id number. On the quadro they just come up as unavailable, then the IP address of the quadro. Other callers with callerid name, pop up as the name with the quadro IP address below not their number. How do i change this???
