Hello,

You attached config file only for the calls from elastix to epygi and then to isdn.
It's correct, just few comments:
- make sure the inbound host address is correct
- make sure Inbound caller pattern is correct. It should be number from DID numbers list provided by telecom or it is possible to discard all these numbers and select default outgoing caller ID from ISDN settings.

Hi,

This is my actual config.

Incoming calls work perfect, but at my cisco phones the number shows like pstn-0NUMBER

Also,

why the second rule is invalid?

Invalid rules may appear after changing ISDN interface mode from User to Network or vice versa so you should configure(reedit) all invalid call roting rules.

Regarding to pstn-0NUMBER identifier on your cisco phones:
yes, by default it shows pstn-? on the phone display for incoming calls from ISDN.
To avoid from such display name you have to make some modification on inbound caller pattern from call routing. In your case you may remove all Inbound pattern and add the same inbound pattern(<callerid:1-???>....)
