I have a Quadro2 and using Polycom IP501 phones.
They have been working fine with Quadro2 firmware 4.0.10, but I have lost all rong types when I upgraded to firmware 4.1.18.
I presume it is something to do with your automatic provisioning.
The phone can not longer get the sip.cfg file that contains the ring type definitions.
How do I solve this?
