There is no way to configure QCM for audio alerts on watched extensions. QCM does not support this kind of functionality.

Well it wouldnt be the QCM doing the notification but 3PCC would need to b installed and some coding to perform the feature you are asking... ie... a watched extension for the receptionist will send a sip notify that the 3pcc will be triggered into performing the action of making an audible signal at the receptionists PC ..

Or even better to stream a ringing signal through a SIP Paging device....
