Hi all,

I have a Quadro4xi with an attached ISDN line. Internal calls (IP phone to IP phone or to analog phone) works flawlessly and I can call to external numbers as well.

Now I wish to setup the following scenario but I have no clue on how to do it:

If someone calls me via the ISDN line, multiple IP phones should ring simultaneously, so that the first person who hears it can take the call. I don't want an AA taking the call.

I am able to route the ISDN call to a specific extension (an IP phone) but I need multiples.

Is this scenario possible? Can anyone provide me with a little how to?

Many thanks in advance!

Yup, set up an MER (many extension ring group) and enable the extensions you want ringing from the Caller ID Based Services/Many Extension Ringing menu.

Forward your incoming calls to this new extension and "hey Presto" smileys/smiley2.gif

It could also be a consideration to set up a "company answering machine" for this extension, which is what I have. I then email the message to the recipients needing to check after hours calls.
