iQall and Softbank

My provider blocks voip on the iphone will this present a problem using iQall?
I assume not since it appears to use port 80....

You are right, provider cannot block iQall. iQall works the same way as browser on your iPhone - it just sends the http request to Quadro to call back on your iPhone, call to destination and join these two calls. Even if the call routing on Quadro is configured to call you back on iPhone via ITSP, the provider cannot block that call because ITSP takes care of converting the call from VoIP to PSTN/GSM and sending it to your provider.
