Ring Group

Just got a 2x on Demo and I have set it up OK except I cannot see how to make a group with extensions in that ring all at the same time ???

Hi, you may have already found this but...

1. need to create a new user extension (this extension will not be linked to a line), then click on the link to the extension settings screen.
2. Choose Supplementary services then caller id based services.
3.Click on the link to Any address.
4. Choose Many extension ring

you should be able to take it from there... Let me know how you get on.
