I would like to implement the most straight forward way to provide a caller from a specifed number with dial tone so they are able to onward dial.

The caller would be dialling into a sip inbound number that normally routes to Ext 31 on the Epygi.

I assume that I need to route the caller to AA based on callerid and then enable them to breakout of the AA to be able to make a sip onward call.

I would like to be able to set the callers mobile so that they can send the final destination in one action.

for example the caller would call mysipnumberonepygi,pausefordialtone,0019070000000

I have looked at Caller ID based services under the Voip but thats left me scratching my head

Thanks in advance

Hi Nish

I am not pretty sure I understand what the problem is, but it seems you are mainly on the right way:

you need to go to "Caller ID Based Services" of the ext 31, and configure there an "Unconditional Call Forwarding (javascript document.form248.action='addressmanagement.cgi?sor t=column09&order=asc';WBG_Submit;)" to AA (for example to ext. 00) for the needed numbers. On the AA you can use either:

a) the "Call relay" (*2, then login by some extension, which is allowed to use Call Relay, then dial the destination number) or

b) in thew GUI check "Send AA Digits to Routing Table" option, and caller can just dial the destination number from the AA main prompt (please note that if you do this way, you need to be careful, as anyone connected to that AA, could make call to any destination without password, if it is not specially configured in the Routing Table).

Best regards,

David
