Problem with Virtual Extension (Paging Group)

My Quadro is 2X with firmware 5.1.39, The Virtual Extension (Group Paging) fails to operate normally, I add the vitual extension 250 to ring in the extensions 211 and 218, I call at the 250 and rings within the two extensions (211 and 218) I answered in the 211, but no audio passes between the external PSTN and extension 211, just as happens at the local, Please help with this problem. don't you have audio in both directions? And what if you call from PSTN directly (or via Auto Attendant) to ext# 211, do you have the audio?
