View Full Version : Issue with Call back from AA on New firmware 5.2.9

Hello gents,
I have upgraded my Quadro 2x to 5.2.9 just recently and have managed to get the Quadro to call me back on my Mobile,I am using a PSTN line which has CLI to receive and call me back. But when trying to make a call to external or internal number there is no audio from any direction,after the AA calls me back I know the connection is still there but no voice.
Please help.

Sorry, I have written this in the wrong area, not supposed to be in Quadro Beta testing.

Hi,

Unfortunately this information is not enough to figure out your problem. Please download and send the system logs for Quadro2x to Epygi tech support: tss@epygiarm.am

The normal procedure for downloading the system logs:
- go to the System Log settings,
- make sure the developer logging is enabled,
- put a comment in the Comment field
- press Mark all logs
- repeat the call back scenario
- download all logs

Hey mate,
Same answer used for another post.

There is a bug with 5.2.9 firmware.

This is known issue, which will be fixed in next releases.

To overcome this, enter into Users->Extensions Management and click on the link in codecs column. Select "Make and accept only unsecure calls" in the "Secure RTP Settings" list-box. Do the below described for each extension

Hello guys,

Yes, there was such bug with 5.2.x beta releases prior to 5.2.9. But this but is definitely fixed in 5.2.9. So there should be another reason for no audio after call back and system logs are actual.

Hey Ashot,
Epygi sent the fix to me after I sent them the log via Alloy 48hrs ago.
Sorry mate, but I don't believe it has been rectified.
Following the attached instructions has rectified all probs on all my systems.
