AA question

I've setup a Quadro 2x for a business customer which directs all incoming calls to AA after which the calling party has 4 choices for various departments.


The customer has requested that after the caller makes a selection in AA,a short (5~10 sec.)promotional message be played prior to connecting the caller to the appropriate extension.


As this is the first Quadro I've installed I'm notquiet sure how to do this, and would appreciate any help.

I'm not sure of the syntax off the top of my head but you might be able to use a multilevel AA to play the message in the second menu before automatically diverting to the required extension. Just a thought!

This is just a guess but:
in the <filled> element of the field you could include a <prompt><audio>...
before you <goto> the connect object.

Are you doing this by VXML?
