Most probably Regional Settings on the device are wrong.

It seems you are from Switzerland. Did you select Switzerland as "Your locale (location)" when passing "System Configuration" wizard?

Ok. I will try to explain first why I asked you to check regional settings - the tone, which you listen at the end of voicemail, is a busytone, which comes from provider. The fact that it is recorded in a voicemail, means that Quadro did not detect that as a call disconnection indication. If everything works, the call should disconnect after several "peep"s.

The busytone specification is depending on regional settings selection, so I just wondered whether you have set that correctly, because we never before get such complains from Switzerland.Edited by: davrays

Now you have two ways to resolve the problem:

1. Either send one of such voicemails to Epygi tech support, so they could define the frequency and cadence of that busytone and so suggest you a solution.

2. Try to do it yourself: in the address bar of your browser, type "yourdeviceip/fxocfg.cgi", in other words, call "fxocfg.cgi" hidden page. Enable there "Custom Fxo Disconnection Settings", enable "Busy Detection", then try to set frequency and cadence according to the tone you listen at the end of your voicemail. Probably you'll need to experiment there is little. I would suggest to try first to change "Duration:" and "Silence:" from 300 to 500, and try if this works.

In any case please inform me if this works or not.
