When I enable call forwarding, call hunting is disable.
You know, It's writing in the documentation.
But when I disable call forwarding, my call hunting remain disabled, and I think this is unacceptable.

Why couldn't you put a variable who keep the situation of call hunting before the activation of call forwarding.
When we disable call forwarding, the Quadro see that the call hunting were activate before and so reactivate him.

Isn't it ?

This is by design. When you enable the call forwarding, the call hunting switches automatically OFF, like if you do that by hand. If we later switch it ON automatically, it will be unexpected to most of users, especially if they already forgot that it was not switched by them manually, but was done by system.


The only change, which may be acceptable, from my viewpoint, is just to remove this automatic actions at all, so the user will do what he needs himself. In that case, if call hunt, MER and call forwarding will be switchedON at the same time, the service with highest priority will actually work: in this case - call forwarding.

If user will then switch OFF the Call Forwarding, the next priority service will apply - the call hunt, etc. Of course, somewhere we need to mention the priority of services.


Most probably, we will do that in some of the future versions.
