Automatic Provisioning of Aastra 9133i

I have a Quadro4x (4.08 software), when trying to configure a Aastra 9133i using the automatic line provisioning the phone comes up not registered. Does anyone have any information on provisioning the 9133i on a Quadro4X?

I found with our 4x that sometimes the TFTP server on the Quadro was not running, so I had to reboot.
After the Quadro has started up again, reboot your phone and with any luck with will get provisioned.
