SMS alert messages

I have noticed that the SMS alerts I receive do not have the extension number on them. It would be helpful for us that wear many hats. To know which extension the call came from.

Could the sms sender address be set to the general sms settings sender address?

With clickatell changing their policy the sms messages are currently coming from +44****** instead of our sender ID

Matt, whatever you fill into the "SMS Sender Address" field on the "SMS Settings" page, that exact number/name will be displayed on your phone as a Sender Address (default value for this field is EpySMS).I've also noticed that there is no information about on what extension the e-mail was received. I'll write a request to add that information into SMS test, as that information exists in e-mail notification text. Thanks for your suggestion, Zarf!.
