Call pickup function

Hi, some one knows how to configure call pickup new function?

You need to create a new pickup extension, and then assign the user extensions that are able to use it.

Better it can be explained by example:


lets say you create "call Pickup" extension 78. Then you need to Edit that extension, go to "General Settings" tab, and click on "Edit Pickup Group" link. There you can add the extensions, calls to which you want to pickup, e.g. the extensions 11, 12, 13 and 14.


Thats all what it needed.


Now when call (from anywhere) comes to extenion 11, 12, 13 or 14 and you listen the phone ringing, you can dial 78 from any of Quadro's extensions, and the call will come to you.

Paul, you first have to upgrade to any 3.1.x version. Call pickup feature was introduced first in 3.1 firmware.

It doesn't seem to exist in 4.0.4.....
