I have set up an Epygi 4x to receive incoming calls to extension 15 and then forward if busy or no answer to 14 then 13 then 12 then 11 on which I have voicemail.
This works fine.
However I don't want this scenario when I make an internal call (say from 11 to 15), I just want the phone to ring and allow voicemail.
Is this possible.

Hey mate,
Create some "fictive" or new extns and assign multiple extn ring to the first one.
Then enable call fwd no answer to the next fictive that will ring the next extn etc...........
Program call fwd timer to your needs on an as per basis.
Then create an end route to the pbx vicemail in call routing, to the required extn's voice mail.
Divert the final fictives extn on no answer to this number.
Hope this helps
Cheers

Well, there may be an easier way to do this, Mike.
I assume peterd has entry in "Caller ID Based Services" table of ext 15, which tells "Any caller" to be forwarded to 14 on noanswer or busy.
In that case he can just add a new entry in the "Caller ID Based Services" table of ext 15and everithing will work as needed. It should the be an "PBX->*" entry, which will mean "all PBX callers". On that entry he doesn't need to activate any service. The PBX callers will get the ext 15 ringing (with VM activated on timeout), and the rest ("Other callers") will be forwarded.
Best regards,
David
