In call statistics I see the message "Got a BYe"...how do I tell who sent the bye? some calls have this message and others don't. does that mean that the call was terminated in an unusual manner?

That message means you got the SIP BYE message from the external SIP party.

So if you have that message - mean the external party has closed the call first;

if you don't have that message on the same type of call - means the party at PBX side (local analog phone, local IP phone or remote extension IP phone) has closed the conversation first.

Both cases are not unusual :)

Made a call useing Hot calls and the Details collum in call statistics was empty. Is this caused by Hot Calls or is something else at play?

I believe thats caused by HotCall... It uses its own way to make calls and its very possible that the stats are missing there. We'll look into that to see how we can fix it (of course if thats reproducible..).
