VOIP Inbound Services Only

I am using a VOIP service that is in bound only, it makes a connection with the IP-PBX on each call, with cli@x.x.x.x.


I have filtered the IP addresses, but each call is answered by the attendant, how do I make all calls get answered by an extention.


On the call routing section, it insists on wanting an outbound pattern and sip details, but I do not login to this supplier.

Hi,
Not sure I completely understand your question, but if you created the VOIP service using the Wizard, then you will need to do the following to change what extension incoming calls are connected to:
Go to Users-> Extension Management
Click on the extension number of your VoIP service (79)
Go to Supplementary Services-> Caller ID based services
Click on Any Address (the first row of the table)
Go to Unconditional Call Forwarding
Adjust the settings here to suit your needs.
