Tainet Venus 2804

Hi,

Y have DECT phones connected to a Tainet Venus FXS port, and Tainet Venus is connected to a Quadro 4Xi with SIP account and ip line. I couldn'y make transfert (touch "R") with DECT phone to an over extention on the Quadro, i have no tonality. Phone that are connected to FXS of Quadro could make transfer. I don't understand why this does not work... Is this a problem with Venus gateway ?

First - you should look into Venus gw manuals to find which combination you should dial on phone, for the Venus to send "transfer" to the Quadro.

Second - you can capture the packets going from Venus to the Quadro to see which SIP message the gateway sends out, when you try to make transfer. You should see there REFER SIP message.
It is possible that Venus just sends the "R" ("flash") to the Quadro either via telephone-event protocol, or in the SIP INFO message. If that is true, you need to find out how to change that behaviour on the venus, as Quadro does not accept that type of signaling (because that signaling type is outdated).
